Damn, Refused is so good. Sometimes I forget. I heard somewhere that At the Drive-In and Refused were doing reunion shows. I feel like that’s impossible because Sparta and Mars Volta fucking hate each other now. When my brother talked to the members of Sparta they were so fucking butthurt by their ‘breakup,’ he said they were ridiculous. Like teenage girls at a “this never leaves the room” birthday party.
But, I’ll hope it’s true.. in which case I will stop at nothing to see them play.
It is indeed true. Watched the streams of both of them at Coachella. Refused still fucking rock and put on an awesome performance. ATDI… not so much. There was something lacking from the performance… And I think they’ve openly admitted that they’re just doing it for the money. So fuck them.
